“Winter Wine Weekend”: Wine Festival 2008

Gourmet pies made using Fern Gully wines: Atlantic salmon & prawns in creamy leek & Chardonnay sauce or Venison, slowly braised in Chambourcin with field mushrooms $5 or $9 with glass of wine. Entrée: Local oysters, cheese, smoked salmon $8.

Winemaking tours: 11 am. $20 incl. free bottle of wine.
